Your safety while out on the water is very important to us. Please watch the videos on this page (this is a requirement before taking possession of watercraft rentals). At the time of your craft check-out, you will be asked to sign a video verification form along with your other paperwork.

Step 3: You will be issued a Georgia DNR vessel rental certification card (Valid for 6 months).

Policies & Procedures (updated)
Rental Fee Paid Up Front
The rental cost must be paid in full at the time of booking. A damage deposit is pre-authorized at time of possession.
Rental Age (updated)
Must be at least 21 years of age to rent or operate any of our boats or jet skis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 15 days before a reservation date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee with the rest of the cost refunded. Cancellations made 14 days (two weeks) or less from the reservation date will forfeit the entire reservation payment unless optional trip insurance was purchased at time of booking (see below).
Trip Insurance
Insurance can be purchased when a reservation is made. Trip insurance is optional and allows for cancellation up to 24 hours prior to reservation dates. In these cases, 100% of the cost will be refunded (minus the cost of the insurance package).
Late Pickup
Unless prior arrangements have been made with ExoticRentalsM.R., LLC, customers are required to arrive at designated pickup locations at least 30 minutes in advance of reservation times. This allows for proper inspection of craft, a brief watercraft orientation, and some important information about the specific lake location. This information must be covered before guests can take possession of their watercraft. Rental times will NOT be extended for customers arriving late.
Unauthorized late pickups (1 hour past rental time) will result in the forfeiture of watercraft as well as all associated charges. No refund or voucher will be issued for any amount. If the craft and/or delivery driver is still available, then Exotic Rentals M.R., LLC will provide the rental. However, please note that rental time will not be extended for late arrivals.
Weather Policy
Exotic Rentals M.R., LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to dangerous weather conditions. In the case that Exotic Rentals M.R., LLC cancels a reservation due to dangerous weather, a gift card/voucher for the full rental amount will be issued to impacted customers. These vouchers must be used within the same calendar year (no monetary refunds will be issued unless trip insurance was purchased at time of rental).
We will not waive the terms of our cancellation policy for future weather forecasts, drizzles, or cloudy weather. Refunds or vouchers will not be issued for inclement weather once the vessel has departed for rental.
Fuel Fee(s)
- Each vessel will be fully fueled at time of rental. The customer is responsible for paying for all fuel used during the rental period. If not returned with a full tank, final rental price will reflect additional fuel charge. We use Non Ethanol fuel only which is not in expensive like regular gas. A quarter tank is $20 and a full tank is $80.
Late Fee
Each watercraft returned late will be charged a $50 fee per every 15 minutes past the drop-off time. Other renters may be waiting for the same watercraft, so please be courteous to your fellow renters by making appointments on time. The late fee may be waived if prior arrangements are made and approved by our staff. In these cases, the customer will be charged standard rates for additional rental time.
Damage Deposit
Damage deposits vary by craft, and a portion will be pre-authorized on a credit card prior to craft possession. Cash can also be used for deposits. Craft damage as well as cleaning and/or fuel charges can be applied to the same credit card on file for the deposit.
If damage occurs, the deposit money will become non-refundable, and Exotic Rentals M.R., will take the damaged craft to a repair shop of our choosing. If any required repairs exceed the amount of initial deposit, the guest’s on-file card will be charged the remaining amount plus associated costs (including but not limixated to transportation fees, parts, labor, and lost revenue). A lost revenue fee of $450-$1,000 per day will be charged for each day the damaged craft is not able to be rented due to incurred damages (amount is dependent on vessel).
Rental Vessel
We do not guarantee a specific brand or model of rented vessels. Pictures on the website are a depiction of the type of watercraft available to rent, not the specific make or model that guests will actually receive.
Every effort will be made to make sure non-essential equipment is working on your rental craft before possession, but we do not guarantee it.
Non-functioning non-essential equipment will not result in a reduction or discount of rental charges or a replacement vessel.
We reserve the right to substitute rented craft with a comparable model (if available) in the event of a craft breakdown.
